In September 2021, PCP IV provided an ESG-linked unitranche financing to part fund Trill Impact’s acquisition and merger of Meona and i-SOLUTIONS.
The Meona Group was founded in 2008 by the current management team and is a market-leading clinical software provider for medical documentation, workflow and patient management. The company focuses on improving the efficiency in medical digital infrastructure for its customer base of mid- to large-sized teaching hospitals (i.e., university clinics) in continental Europe.
i-SOLUTIONS is a specialized German software company offering workflow and patient management solutions for small- to mid-sized hospitals, digital imaging facilities and laboratories with tailormade requirements.
The combination of the two companies will create a market leading one-stop-shop solution for clinical and administrative medical software in continental Europe.
