Second investment of PCP Transition

PCP Transition has closed its’ second investment by providing construction financing to SUNfarming Group, a German integrated solar PV developer and power producer founded in 2004 and with an installation track record of more than 650 MW and 225 MW of own investments.

The funding enables SUNfarming Group to build a 37 MW PV portfolio in Poland with predictable and long-term cashflow trough the 15-year contract-for-difference (CfD) structure awarded through the public Polish auction tender in 2021.
The investment is well-aligned with the PCP Transition focus on carbon neutrality and is supporting Poland in transforming from fossil fuels into renewable energy sources.
